You have played BailongBall for some time now and want to up your playing techniques? In this new series of videos, “Advanced Techniques – …”, we show you …
- … how to return a ball that requires you to stretch while maintaining your balance…
- … how to surprise your partner with a rather unusual return

- … and more
For balls approaching you off to you right (if you are right handed) or off to your left (if you are left handed), it may be hard to position yourself in time for a forehand. Some tips:
- to maintain your balance and to control the ball, keep both legs in place
- keep both arms in a straight line, at shoulder level
